Job brief
We are looking for room attendants to join our team who will provide excellent customer service to hotel guests.

About the role
Clean and disinfect all guest rooms and suites, as well as public spaces, in accordance with established rules and procedures to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.
- Ensure efficient and economical use of equipment and materials, including customer supplies and chemicals. Store and maintain the operator’s cart properly.
- Clean standard Shangri-La suites and corridors and replenish supplies and equipment as needed.
- Perform other duties as requested by the floor manager, service manager, housekeeper, housekeeper assistant, or head of house.
- Report any guest complaints of suspicious occurrences or open the door to the housekeeper immediately.

About You
- Previous experience working as a cleaning assistant or cleaning assistant
- Flexibility in your work schedule, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends as needed.
- Fulfill physical needs such as bending, kneeling, walking, etc.
- Can push, take, or lift up to 15 kg.
- Interact with and use chemical cleaners.
- Ability to rotate, including weekends and holidays
